Enjoy a relaxing evening on the water with this yoga and paddle experience. No paddle or yoga experience is needed, but also enjoyable for those experienced in both. Enjoy sunset while gently connecting to the body, mind and environment.

I invite you to get started with a gentle warm up to awaken the body.
Begin in a seated position and press play when you're ready.
As we begin to hike, let's do a simple Grounding Walking Meditation to help bring our attention to the here and now & focus on the beauty around us. Feel free to pause the recording to take more time on each sense if needed!
Once you find a safe, flat area, let's soak in the fresh air with Half Sun Salutation followed by a Warrior II flow.
This flow will keep you on your feet, so no mat is needed, use this chance to ground into the Earth with nothing separating You from It!
Let's connect to nature by growing into Trees!
Find a place to roll out your mat, and let's take time to get on the ground and take a momment to relax.
Outdoor Savasana - Take anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes (or longer!) to find stillness and silence in the environment you're in. There's no recording for this, gently end your experience by finding a comfortable spot to fully relax and let go, seated or laying down is suggested. Be silent and just be
~Try sitting with your back against a tree or boulder
~Try positioning your mat so you can put your Legs up the Tree
(back flat on the ground, legs straight up against a tree)
